They independently handle all tasks, from tending the vineyards to production and bottling of wine. Winemaker Jak\u0161a and his family continue this long-standing passion to strengthen the importance of wine in everyday life and preserve the land for future generations. With family care and ecological production, every bottle is produced from 100% their own grapes and fully embodies the true Dalmatian vineyard.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>WHERE? <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bedalov Winery is located in Ka\u0161tel Kambelovac, near Split. On the southern slopes of Mount Kozjak, at an altitude of 400 meters and with a 45% incline, the Bedalov family vineyard is situated in the Kambelovac grove. This location is ideal for organic vineyard cultivation due to its southern position, excellent ventilation, ideal temperatures, and prolonged exposure to sunlight. The grapes at this ideal location are bathed in sunlight and sea salt carried by the wind. Through organic cultivation, the vineyard has become self-regulating, a natural ecosystem that minimally relies on human intervention and requires no additional substances.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>WHY?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The wine is ruby red with purple hues on the edges. Flawlessly varietal, refined and educated, yet authentic, reflecting the terroir and the author from which it originates. This Plavac genuinely interprets its roots, while organic cultivation comes naturally, not as part of a passing trend.
