Their moto is to grow the vineyard like a garden..<\/p>\n<h3><strong>WHERE?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sous les Roses is a coveted site in the winery\u2019s home village of Courmas which has shallow soils rich in calcareous-clay, a perfectly suited terroir for the expression of Blanc de Noirs. The wine is composed of 60% pinot noir and 40% pinot meunier, fermented and aged in stainless and oak barrels before it spends approximately 5 years en tirage with natural cork.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>WHY?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>60% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier, exclusively from the 2017 harvest and the &#8220;Sous les Roses&#8221; parcel in Courmas. 4 g\/L of added sugar.
