WHO?
Ca’ di Alte is the brainchild of talented winemaker Alberto Marchisio. Under his supervision in the winery, the delicate aromas of Glera (the grape variety used to make Prosecco) are transferred into the wine. The so-called Palladian window on the label refers to the work of the great artist, Andrea Palladio, whose many masterpieces are now part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites.
WHERE?
The vineyards are located on the slopes of hills facing north. These orientations ensure lower yields, utilizing all the benefits of cooler nights, allowing for the development of complex aromatic compounds in the grapes.
WHY?
Prosecco is a delicious dry sparkling wine with refreshing acidity, low sugar content, and plenty of fruit and character.
