WHO?
Ca’ di Alte is the brainchild of the talented winemaker Alberto Marchisio. Under his supervision at the winery, delicate aromas of Glera (the grape variety used for Prosecco) are transformed into wine. The so-called Palladian window on the label refers to the work of the great artist Andrea Palladio, many of whose masterpieces are now part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites.
WHERE?
The vineyards are located on north-facing hillsides. These oriented positions ensure lower yields, utilizing all the benefits of cooler nights to allow for the development of complex aromatic compounds in the grapes.
WHY?
An exclusive Prosecco served in all Gordon Ramsay group bars and restaurants. Its enticing bouquet, opening towards pear and floral notes on the palate, finishes with clearly defined fruitiness and juicy creaminess. The light residual sweetness and vibrant acidity provide a sense of sweetness and complete the entire composition.
