WHERE?

The grapes come from old vineyards in Barossa, some of which have over 100 years of age, thriving on their own roots. Throughout their vineyards, they encourage the growth of dandelions between the rows of vines, which suppresses winter weeds and serves as ground cover and a thermal insulator in summer.

WHY?

It is intensely crimson in color with a purple hue. Pronounced aromas of dark fruits (plums, ripe blueberries) and inevitable spicy aspects such as pepper emerge from the glass, alternating with notes of blackberries and dark chocolate. It aristocratically performs on the palate, with freshly squeezed blueberries, raspberries, and plums enveloping the palate framed in a cloak of sweet spices.
